Located in Port Townsend, Washington on the Olympic Peninsula, our guild members are interested in many aspects of the fiber arts, including weaving, spinning, dyeing, and felting. Our goal is to encourage growth and knowledge of the fiber arts through meetings, workshops, lectures, demonstrations and the exchange of ideas.
Our meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month, excluding July and August, at 7:00 PM. We typically meet in person at St. Pauls Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 1020 Jefferson St, Port Townsend, but the location is subject to change. Please check the news tab for upcoming locations. We also stream meetings via Zoom. Please contact us using the contact form to get a link to the Zoom meeting. Members have access to our guild library, may borrow equipment, and receive meeting information and other announcements via email. Membership dues are $25 per year. Please contact us if you wish to receive an invitation to join us, using the contact form on this site or at [email protected]. The guild participates annually in the Jefferson County Fair, demonstrating weaving and spinning, and helping set-up and monitor the Home Arts at the fair. |
